REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Prisani INC. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase of this blanket. This return and refund policy applies to our Knitted Blanket, Wool Blanket, Summer Blanket, and Plush Blanket.

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

Return requests after 30 days may not be accepted unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

2. Opened Items Can Be Returned

Items can be returned even if they have been opened.

We will not refuse a return solely because the packaging has been opened.

However, to ensure a smooth return process, returned items should be as intact as possible and include the original accessories, packaging, or other accompanying items.

If the goods are visibly used, damaged, soiled, or their value is materially affected due to customer reasons, we may adjust the refund amount based on the specific circumstances and applicable laws.

This policy will not affect your legal rights to return goods, which cannot be restricted or excluded by law.

3. Return Conditions

When applying for a return, please ensure that:

The goods are sold by Prisani INC;

The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods;

The goods are not damaged due to improper use;

The goods are not visibly stained, torn, or otherwise damaged by human error;

The accessories or accompanying items are as complete as possible.

If the goods have quality problems, are damaged during transportation, or the received goods are clearly inconsistent with the order, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem.

4. Returns for Quality Issues

If the goods have quality problems, are damaged during transportation, or we send the wrong goods, Prisani INC will provide appropriate return or refund solutions based on the specific circumstances.

For cases confirmed to be due to product quality issues or our incorrect shipment, Prisani INC will bear the relevant reasonable return shipping costs.

Customers can contact us via email, providing their order number, a description of the problem, and necessary photos or other supporting documentation.

5. Returns for Non-Quality Issues

If the return is due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, a change of purchase decision, or other reasons unrelated to product quality:

Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer.

After the item is returned, we will inspect it and process a refund based on the actual situation.

7. Return Application Process

Step 3: Return Address

After customer service confirms your return request, they will provide you with a return address and relevant return instructions.

Step 4: Return the Goods

Return the goods to the address provided by customer service.

We recommend you keep the tracking number and shipping receipt so you can track your returned package if needed.

Step 5: Goods Inspection and Refund

After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect their condition.

For orders that meet the refund criteria, we will refund the amount to the original payment method you used to purchase within 3-5 business days after receiving and confirming the return.

Sending the item back directly without confirmation may delay refund processing.
